Statutory Rights

None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are a UK based company and all contracts for the sale of goods entered into by Herridge & Sons Ltd on the website will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. All prices shown are cash prices. All products shown in this service are subject to availability. Acceptance of your order and prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order.

Right to cancel

All orders may be cancelled prior to despatch and all goods can be returned with 28 days.

When will my order be despatched?

Orders are usually despatched on the next working day provided we have your items in stock. If, for any reason, we cannot despatch your order we will contact you with a revised despatch date.

What delivery method does Herridge & Sons Ltd use?

For the UK we use Royal Mail First Class. Elsewhere we use Royal Mail Air Mail.

When will Herridge & Sons Ltd charge my credit/debit card?

Your card will not be charged until your goods are despatched. This is your right under UK law.
