Delivery Information

Orders taken before 12pm are usually despatched the same working day if the books are in stock. Those taken after 12pm will be despatched on the next working day.

Delivery is usually via Royal Mail, except for larger deliveries which may be via an alternative courier.

Parcels to the UK are FREE.

Safe places and delivery

Where Royal Mail or a courier delivers a parcel to a nominated safe place and marks the item as delivered, this is classed as successful delivery. In these cases, responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient. Refunds can only be offered once the item is returned to us.

Overseas Shipping

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may wish to check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
