Shipping

If purchasing from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and additional charges for customs clearance which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These are payable by you as we have no control over the charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely and we suggest that you contact your local customs office for further information.

You are considered to be the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Costs associated with the refusal to accept the parcel will be passed on to the recipient.

We use mainly Royal Mail for smaller parcels. Delivery times and tracking vary according to the option (where available) you have chosen. Please call us on +44 (0)1409 281990 if you require a specific delivery service not offered on the website.

We try to despatch parcels on the same business day, but orders received after 11am (UK time) are likely to be despatched the following day. However hard we try, circumstances may cause despatch to be delayed further. Please allow longer lead times over UK Bank Holidays.

Please note some locations may be in a “remote area” and require more time for delivery. Some delivery providers are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.
